When performing a stand alone treatment to strengthen the hair bonds without a chemical service:

Using the included measuring cup: Mix 1/2 oz / 1 ml of the 4Bond Molecular Bonding Complex with 3 oz / 90 ml of water = 3 measured dosing cups in an applicator bottle. Refrain from using hard water. DO NOT use a spray bottle. Apply from roots to ends on dry or damp towel dried hair. Saturate hair and comb through to ensure even distribution. Leave in for 5-15 minutes depending on the state of hair. Rinse thoroughly. Shampoo and rinse.
